Speed Up Your Internet Connection by 20% for Sure!

Microsoft reserves 20% of the bandwidth for Windows update and interrogating your operating system.

Most of us, disables the Windows auto update and do it manually. Then why to waste this 20% bandwidth, better idea is free this bandwidth and use it for you daily usage. This trick will one 100% work, and Speed Up Your Internet Connection by 20%.

Go to Run, type “gpedit.msc” and enter, this will open the Microsoft Group Policy Editor

Browse the directory as follows–

—>Local Computer Policy
—>Computer Configuration
—>Administrative Templates
—>Network
—>QOS Packet Scheduler
—>Limit Reservable Bandwidth

the last option is our area of interest, double click on “Limit Reservable Bandwidth”. By default, It will be “Not configured”.

select “Enable” option, It will show you default reserved bandiwth as 20%. Please change the “bandwidth limit” to 0 (Zero).

This will reserve nothing for windows internal and is actually not required, So you have freed your reserved bandwidth and speed up internet speed by 20%.
